Trying to understand the process of enrolling my mother in Medicare was so difficult, even when I thought I had done it correctly, I still hadn't completed it. I wish I had this book when I became disabled to know the time-lines! In fact I wasn’t even aware I could get on Medicare after a certain time on Disability (SSDI). I could have used chapter 4 before I ripped my card up and threw it in the trash! Lol. I loved chapter 9 about advertisements and how to handle them. Many people are confused with all the mail and TV advertisements. Very valuable chapter! The case studies help get readers thinking.
